Michigan On Demand keeps a dedicated section of hotlines and crisis support — including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, Poison Control, and Michigan's abuse and neglect reporting line — accessible in one tap.

This information stays available even without an internet connection once it's loaded in the app, because a crisis is exactly the wrong time to be stuck on a loading screen.

Alongside hotlines, the app includes preparation guides for winter storms, flooding, power outages, and other events specific to Michigan, so you can be ready before an emergency happens, not just react to one.
